Local para férias em família com crianças.
Divisões com muito espaço, quarto suite com casa de banho grande, sala ampla com kitchenette, terraço, animadores e animação
Ponto menos positivo a pouca pressão de água do chuveiro mas quem tem uma manete de chuveiro turbo é levar e resolve o problema. O desgaste de um ou outro equipamento mas nada que tire valor á relação preço qualidade

Existência de Formigas Fogo bastante dolorosas.
Da localização, Manilva é muito bonita, a vista do apartamento é fantástica como a urbanização está numa zona elevada temos vista para a praia, para o Porto de Torreguadiaro e para o Rochedo de Gibraltar, as piscinas são muito boas com animação em determinados horários e a zona envolvente também é muito acolhedora, a mercearia apesar dos preços puchadotes tem o que é preciso para o desenrasque.
1 - Começando pelo pior, ao fim de três dias da família estar a ser picada por qualquer coisa que provocava dor e intenso ardor na pele, descobrimos que era de umas formigas minúsculas chamadas formiga fogo, por serem vermelhas e pelo ardor que causa as suas mordidas, a solução acabou por ser rápida e eficaz e não tivemos mais problemas na restante estadia, mas podia ser evitado se o procedimento tivesse sido efectuado antes da nossa entrada ou se tivéssemos sido avisados para a possível existência deste problema, à primeira picada teríamos agido, a ignorância levou-nos a ignorar as minúsculas formigas aparentemente inofensivas, estás formigas não existem em Portugal e chegaram a Espanha e a este local à cerca de 4 anos. 2 - Depois o Apartamento não estava preparado para as 4 pessoas, quando avisamos na recepção, a solução encontrada foi a Rececionista colocar nas nossas mãos a roupa da cama e as almofadas e nós percorremos os mais de 500 metros pela rua até ao apartamento com a roupa na mão e nós mesmos fazermos as camas.

Tolle Aussicht aufs Meer
Anlage hat generell (tlw auch in Aussenbereich) ein Kanalgeruchsproblem (Gestank in Sanitärräumen da sich Siphone bei Niederdruckwetter entleeren, konnte durch Zimmerwechsel behoben werden). Sehr schöne Anlage, leider in die Jahre gekommen und renovierungsbedürftig.

Toller Ausblick auf Gibraltar, geräumige Wohnung
Schlafzimmer mit Fenster zum Flur des Hauses, kann nicht geöffnet werden, Balkon hat keine Überdachung, Pools werden vor allem von Kindern genutzt, keine Chance für Leute, die normal Baden wollen. Frühstück kostet 14 Euro, völlig überteuert. Anfahrt zum Ressort über sehr steile Straße kompliziert, Parkplätze koste extra, allerdings muss man dort parken oder 1 km laufen. Ausstattung des Appartements spartanisch, kein Föhn, nur 1 Rolle Toilettenpapier, nur 1 Handtuch pro Person.
