Reception is opened 24h during summer season. On winter season, up to 28th march, the estblishment has all its services and facilities inoperative, except from reception that is opened every day from 10h to 14h - 17h to 21h

CLEANING: Please note that towels and bed linen are changed every 4 days. Guests are kindly asked to clean the kitchen before departure. A free cleaning kit with the essentials is provided.

SERVICES: A baby kit suitable for children under 2 years and weighing less than 15 kg, is available on request. The kit includes a cot with 1 bed sheet and a high chair for infants aged from 6 months old. Extra charges applied (from 35€) When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge applies: 12 EUR per pet and per day or 75 EUR per pet per week. Please note that pets weighing less than 25 kg are allowed. (1 pet per apartment)

The apartaments were very lovely ,clean and comfortable
The deposit which we didn't know about but possibly didn't read about in the rules and regulations so please make sure to read ! It was quite a distance away from the beach so not on the beach at all and there are parking fees plus a distance away from reception! If you have a lot of luggage and need to walk from the street it's quite a distance bare that in mind ! You'll need to get in through the gate by ringing the bell

two night stay here - not much to do but comfortable enough
been before so it’s familiar and close to Gibraltar where we were coming from. the rooms are clean and comfortable
the pools are so cold every time it’s been the same I don’t know why when it’s been 40 degrees strange - also lots of ants another thing as before
